Wellness Workshop: Creating Transformational Daily Habits

Wellness Workshop: Creating Transformational Daily Habits

Is there something you are trying to achieve that you just can’t seem to make happen?  A change? A goal? A shift? And no matter how determined you are, how much sense it makes, how much better this change would make your life, you just can’t seem to make it happen? Despite your good intentions, it just ends up in the “should” pile. As is, “Yeah, I should work out.” “I should look for another job.” “I should finish that project.”

What if it were easy? As easy as brushing your teeth? Putting on your socks? Buckling your seatbelt?

These behaviors are ingrained in our behavior, along with countless other daily habits. It takes no reminders, motivation or self-help books to do these things.

What if you could break your life-changing, unreachable goal into a series of daily habits that are as easy to do as eating lunch? And then apply that same formula to any other goal you have?

With a little up front work, you can. In this workshop, I’ll show you how.

Teresa Willis, CPCC, is a Wellness Coach and Pilates Pro that has turned her own life around through the miracle of daily habits and has helped her clients to do so as well.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • How to use the design of your brain to your advantage.

  • How to integrate good habits - and reverse engineer the process to let go of undesirable ones.

  • How to find habits that will lead you to your ultimate goals and visions

Together we will create a personalized plan that you can launch right away to shift your trajectory toward the life you desire.
